Ive been a penguins fan since i was 5(im 22 now) and ive been HERE all my life, and i will never root for another team more than the pens. My issue is the bullshit from wings fans. the "bandwagon" bs is rediculous. our "fan" issue was because there was no CBA, hence the team had money issues. Getting to games was HARD cause of the ticket issue, and lack of promotions.

they won't be scary unless they get a franchise goalie. Huet is only doing well because he's got arguable the best top 6 defensive group in the league. They need to make a move on someone like Tuomu(sp?) Rask or Corey Schneider via trade and bring them in and lock them up as franchise goalies. Both are young and shown flashes as far as being future elite goalies... they just both need to get a chance(but they wont if there playing behind Thomas and Luongo!!!!)

Still worried about the loss of samuelsson, hudler, hossa and kopecky + the possibility of lidstroms retirement next season even though we got helm, leino and ericsson who will be there for sure next year , abdelkader is a possibility and ferarro may be ready in 1-2 seasons but i'm hoping that we can sign some free agents to fill the roster for now. shanny , grier and zednik would be great
2nd- 3rd line additions for now

Yet you neglect the fact that you went over 40 years without a single cup, and in that time, there were years of only 8 teams. If the penguins had started out with there only being 6 teams and having over 50 years worth of chances, im sure they would win more cups than the wings by this point.
The wings had 5 decades worth of playing where there were 8 teams, the pens had ahve 4 decades of there being more than 25 in the NHL.

In the amount of time the wings and pens have faced equal competition, the wings have 1 more cup. ONE!

Nash definitely is, just look at all the goals he has scored, not on the score sheet, but watch how he scores them, the same for pavel, ovie and zetterberg. Malkin is a beast too, and is definitely better than Crosby. Crosby is a good player, but he is definitely not the best.
