Ifr you want to do even decent let alone good stop motion you need a min of 15 frames per sec. Movies run at 22-24 (depending on film or digital) TV at 29.9 but the default is 30 fps. Yours is running at approx 3fps.

Why is it so choppy? Make it move faster and smoother. You move the figure too dramatically between frames. It makes it look terrible. And also, speed it up to make it look smoother, not like a picture slideshow. Alright job.

depending on which toys you buy, if you buy the deluxe versions it takes about 1 minute since you gotta do most things right, if you get the ultimate versions which are really big it takes about 5 minutes, search Ultimate Bumblebee and you'll see what i mean

Yep , i have to agree with NovaPrime001 right at the end there about this video , it wasint really made in 60 minutes really was it ? it would take at least a good three to four hours to take that many photographs and make them combine to animated this whole video , im seeing the film today anyway , hope some of it will be worth seeing .
