I liked it a lot overall. The jump-ish thing didn't bother me, and neither did the door into the garden, I thought it was pretty good. The only thing that bothered me is the way you returned color to the guy. I'm not a fan. But I'm not sure of a better way to do it. Can you like fade it in over the whole face?
Also I would fade out the audio at the end. But you were probably going to do that anyway.
