not really, by jump up not forward and trick Omega Rugal to use his F@#$ Cutter, then run close to him and use your combo. i can beat him on one on one fight by use this trick

It doesnt matter how gay can Falcoon make his own bosses for KOf XI and onwards, Rugal will always be the best ever. It's not only that he's badass, he's hard to defeat without a cheat, has one of the best stage music (XXX), and he started the "SNK Boss Syndrome" :D
