If you think about it pain isn't really much of a villan sure he destroyed the village and killed many people but they come back to life and he just wanted to spread the feeling of pain to those who don't truly know what pain is.

@yungchobe.... Which naruto are u watchin. He never killed the 5th she just passed out from usin to much chakra to protect the villagers and he never killed kakashi, he passed out after using his time warp jutsu thingy. .... The only thing i do agree is that pein is a badass

Ok maybe madara gave the rinnegan to nagato but it doesn't mean nagato cant surpass him and naruto didnt kill nagato he killed him self and if he wanted he could team up with konan and own him.But we don't know until they really fight

then you should have hated him before because it was absolutely no suprise that he was capable of that. A villian is a villian and they don't usualyl have much conscience in anime. You either love them as a bad guy or you don't. hate the fact that she died, but not madara, at least not for that reason.

He was destined to fall due to his overwhelming potential; just like Itachi. Both had to die because of their condition (weakness/illness). Such overpowered characters in the series would end it quite fast or would have to make other chars evolve to a ridiculous level.
