First of all thanks for uploading this. Angela is clearing the service pass @ 3.55 ? Where is the restaurant manager, the head waiter, the supervisor on that section, Gordan would have eaten some balls. At the end though nice to see a diciplined pro kitchen come together, and that Angela is taken seriously as a pro chef (still watch her with Ainsley on ready steady). Escoffier would have a smile on his face seeing that crisp white brigade.

Well, I don't know about most chefs since I'm not in the food industry :). I do know the names you mentioned are correct however.

Regardless of whether most chefs have or don't have falling outs, it's still sad. Especially with Gordon and Marco since they were best friends.
