I usually dont like the more 'artsy' videos you do, they just seem kind of pretentious to me. However, I really liked this one, something about it felt very relatable, like 'these are moments anyone could have lived but didn't really think about' rather than 'look at the fuzzy lights and editing tricks'

He does have a Cannon 500D (HD video capable DSLR camera)... So that is a small possibility, but the way he's holding it (whilst running, etc.) and the one hand manual focus almost rules that out. I'd be very surprised if he didn't actually have a dedicated video camera though.
