Just caught them both at the 09 Musicians for Peace concert at the Broadway Theatre, and both are highly impressive. In particular, I loved the mini-set when Megan, along with Tim Vaughn and Josh Palmer played their stuff - Megan is right i this YouTube interview: Sask does seem to have its own musical feeling. "Don't be Ridiculous" is so original and I can't stop singing it to myself. Great stuff.
I'm another sound artist from Saskatoon, and have heard both of these ladies play live (Jen many times). It's a real treat any time that you catch a Lane girl performing. Anyone from the family, in fact. They're all insanely talented. ~Jessie Brown

I used to walk to my friends house with Megan lane and her older brother for lunch back in Henry Kelsey aloooooong ass time ago!!
