The Word Of God was not meant to be used to tear someone down, but to lift them up. You people that find fault in everyone and use scripture out of the Bible to bring them down, just remember that you will be judged according to your works, not by how much scripture you have memorized. Daddy is right. James is obvioulsly speaking to Christians: "BRETHREN, if any of YOU do ERR from the truth and one convert him; Let him know , that he which converteth the sinner from the error of his way shall save a soul from DEATH" James 5:19. Clearly he is telling BRETHREN that if any of them err they need corrected , converted from their error and the one correcting will save the erring brother from DEATH. This shows that Christians can still sin and be lost. As Daddy said read Heb 6:4-7

Sinning can cause death yes but I am saved by grace nothing I do earns me that gift and nothing can take it from me and God does not contradict himself and you don't take back gifts, if you did it wouldn't be a gift. And I'm sorry to say you have twisted God's word you are not my judge and jury and as a born again follower of Jesus Christ I am sanctified by his blood and don't fall under your "sinner" category. The scripture you are speaking of is in regards to the lost, which I am not.

That scripture refers to anyone who sins, not just the lost. Read it again: whoever brings a sinner back from the error of his ways will save him from death. sinner = anyone who is sinning. back from what to what? Back from sinning to a saved - forgiven- position

Remember that even the sanctified can sin & be lost Heb 6:4-7, 1 Tim 1:19, etc.

Please read your Bible more carefully
