You Americans usually have a great respect for people speaking several languages. Which is great!! but it is not that hard to learn a couple of languages. In Denmark we need to learn two foreign languages in school before we turn 16. A lot of countries need to learn many languages. Of course you don't need to if your mother's tongue is English :)

@JonaBoy16 I'm Canadian and the main languages we have to learn are English obviously and French in order to get a job. I know more than those two languages though, Italian, Russian, Romanian, Spanish and those are basically it. I love learning new languages because I can interact with people from all over the world.lol
