First game you walk through areas where he has obviously been fixing things with his wrench and radio scattered around, kicker is at one point there is a makeshift turret workshop with parts laid out and a "defective" turret that doesn't shoot you yeah he made it non-hostile. Clue enough he programmed the entire turret opera and look at the translated Cara Mia lyrics.. The "hunch" in the Lab Rat comic was not her high percentile tenacity but that Chell is his daughter.
