Do I just download the firmware from apple then?

  • if you having problems finding this, the appdata folder is hidden, after you go to C:/users/your user name... go to tools-> folder options->click show hidden files,folders,drives... then apply the settings to the folders then there you go... rate to so everyone can see.

  • APP DATA IS A HIDDEN FOLDER IN YOUR WINDOWS 7. Click your start menu, click on the main folder with your name or what ever you named your pc. Once the folder is open look to your left hand corner and noticed a tab thats labeled ORGANIZED, click it, then click FOLDERS AND SEARCH OPTIONS, then VIEW, then click under HIDDEN FILES AND FOLDERS click SHOW HIDDEN FILES...ect, then click APPLY or OK then you'll see your APP DATA folder.

  • You guys have to unlock your hidden files and folders......go to control panel and folder options....you should find the box, then check it and click apply... go through this video again.
