I will see this movie. I want to read the book but i have to finish Harry Potter first. Almost done. If my mom won't take me to the theathers to see this movie i will ask my dad if not i will beg. Cause i got to see Emma Watson in another movie that is not Harry Potter well i just really want to see her work in another movie really.

I love the book; it was the first book my boyfriend ever gave to me (just so he had an excuse to me see me again :D) which is apt for the book. I'm quite worried about Emma playing Sam, she's not the best of actresses. Good luck to her though, I don't want her to ruin the character of Sam cause then people might not read the book, and that would be a shame

@goodpet2 Scars you? Wtf? I wish I had read this book in middle school or high school. This book is about the kind of experiences many people have in real life. Reading it was practically like reading about my own life. Sure the subject content is a bit mature but teens aren't stupid(at least not all of them) and I don't see how it could "scar" anyone unless they are extremely sheltered.

If thats true then not many people will take Emma Watson's career very seriously. Yeah im sure it will be weird for you, but trust me, she will have roles that at will command much more respect than hermoine. Outside of the Harry Potter community, not many people look at that character as strong a role compared to a lot of characters in cinema.
