Even the sound, so much better than a Porsche. Btw a Porsche 911 Turbo isn't fun to drive. It's tiring and the sound isn't as well as the sound of the Mustang.

At all. classic porsches and 911 GT2, GT3 or carrera GT are not as common, but iv'e seen more than mustangs. In germany, you see porsches everywhere, and a mustang, even a V6, is something that REALLY turns heads.

And for the GT500,a new one would cost 55000€ if you buy it from an importer, but because of the dollar-euro difference and the fact that you don't have the importer around, if you import the car yourself it's as cheap as buying one in the US. And well, specially with the 2011, the mustang is now almost equicalent to M3

Some Classic American interiors used plastic seats. When it tears the Cushion pops up from the bottom which irritates you as you are sitting. Classic American interior design also made you stiff while you drive. Even seats were sometimes hard plastic you slide left and right. Steering wheel was hard as a rock hitting your head on it hurts. The "cool factor" of a GT500 is off the chart, combined with the fact that it will blow almost anything else off the road. I can say that first hand, because I have one. There are other great cars out there, and my advice is to buy your favorite and enjoy it.

@MarkaRoxx My dear american friend, here, either in spain where i live, or in germany, porsche 911 standard, cayman, boxter, or porsche turbos are usually seen, theyre not exotic. At all. classic porsches and 911 GT2, GT3 or carrera GT are not as common, but iv'e seen more than mustangs. In germany, you see porsches everywhere, and a mustang, even a V6, is something that REALLY turns heads.

And for the GT500,a new one would cost 55000€ if you buy it from an importer, but because of the dollar-euro difference and the fact that you don't have the importer around, if you import the car yourself it's as cheap as buying one in the US. And well, specially with the 2011, the mustang is now almost equicalent to M3

Other than to say the GT500 is just at much at home on the German Autobahn as a Carrera GT, there is NO comparison. BTW, in Europe, there is a very wide gap between middle-class and upper/over-class performance. America that gap is pretty narrow. Cars like the Mustang and Camaro make sure of that.

Heck the koenigsegg ccr or ccx or whatever used a Ford V8, and it was one of the fastest cars in the world, tons of supercars and other manufacturers use American V8's. Yeah, the Veyron Supersport is fast, but can it handle the monsterous 1500 to 2000 all the way up 4000+ HP monsters in the 1320 ? Nope. Then again those things will be smoked in road racing. Its comparing apples to oranges.

Some Classic American interiors used plastic seats. When it tears the Cushion pops up from the bottom which irritates you as you are sitting. Classic American interior design also made you stiff while you drive. Even seats were sometimes hard plastic you slide left and right. Steering wheel was hard as a rock hitting your head on it hurts. The pig iron used as the body is kinda dangerous in an accident without seat belts. Especially to the American who isn't too smart.

The "cool factor" of a GT500 is off the chart, combined with the fact that it will blow almost anything else off the road. I can say that first hand, because I have one. There are other great cars out there, and my advice is to buy your favorite and enjoy it.
