you guys do realize that you've downgraded your team. letting thomas jones walk and signing the playoff hope destroyer Ladanian Tomlinson? not to mention the overrated antonio cromartie who on average gets beat and makes as little plays as dwight lowery did against the colts in the playoffs this year. and brodney pool who is a downgrade from rhodes. you also let two serviceable backups in lito sheppard, and donald strickland go who also provided great depth on a defensive team where its vital.

@plus44fanatics I don't think Lito sheppard would be a good backup but I have to admit if you look at it player to player it may at first seem like a downgrade but if you look at the big picture we really just needed a second threat next to Revis. I think the locker room environment will help Cromatie reevaluate his commitment to the game. Thomas Jones already showed signs of slowing down and LT played behind a mediore line so with our line LT will show up.
I gotta disagree with you on multiple things. thomas jones may have had his best year as a JET and was only released cause rex wanted to avoid a big bonus. he tried to resign him but he took the more appealing offer in KC. also, i really dont think its the locker room with cromartie, no, his problem is not being around the ball and getting burnt too much. also LT was actually behind one of the best O-lines. Chargers success through air helped alot. he'll crumble in NY with their weak air game..

LT helps take the load off of SG. Hopefully we can secure Leon. you guys do realize that you've downgraded your team. letting thomas jones walk and signing the playoff hope destroyer Ladanian Tomlinson? not to mention the overrated antonio cromartie who on average gets beat and makes as little plays as dwight lowery did against the colts in the playoffs this year. and brodney pool who is a downgrade from rhodes. you also let two serviceable backups in lito sheppard, and donald strickland go who also provided great depth on a defensive team where its vital.

@plus44fanatics I don't think Lito sheppard would be a good backup but I have to admit if you look at it player to player it may at first seem like a downgrade but if you look at the big picture we really just needed a second threat next to Revis. I think the locker room environment will help Cromatie reevaluate his commitment to the game. Thomas Jones already showed signs of slowing down and LT played behind a mediore line so with our line LT will show up.

I gotta disagree with you on multiple things. thomas jones may have had his best year as a JET and was only released cause rex wanted to avoid a big bonus. he tried to resign him but he took the more appealing offer in KC. also, i really dont think its the locker room with cromartie, no, his problem is not being around the ball and getting burnt too much. also LT was actually behind one of the best O-lines. Chargers success through air helped alot. he'll crumble in NY with their weak air game..

@plus44fanatics well we'll see how the season pans out. The Santonio Holmes deal done yesterday will help the air game and if LT can't hold it up shone greene will definetly show up. LT helps take the load off of SG. Hopefully we can secure Leon. The charger line is really good but they're becoming more of a pass protecting line which has taken away from their run blocking mentality. BTW Thanks for your thoughts.

@arjl880 well, wether or not either of us are right its going to be very fun within the division this year. patriots filled defensive and offensive needs very well getting players like mccourty who reminds me a bit of revis, spikes, and cunningham who both played in a belichick style D againts NFL talent. gronkowski will be huge and price and vet holt will make brady happy along with our other stud wr's. see you week 2.
