  • Dude! Are you eating healthy? That could be a part of why you are not seeing any results! Do you see any weight loss on the scale?

  • I heard your start weight, but couldn't find your 30,60 and 90 day weight loss.I'm just trying to come up with some realistic goals.

  • You know what? I have gone through an entire round of P90X and my push-ups are still modified. Don't worry about it - I've heard Tony say, "Don't say this is something I CAN'T do. Say this is something I currently struggle with." I know you didn't say anything about having to modify YOUR push-ups, I just wanted to share that that's a struggle of mine. Pull-ups too. Look up P90X Support Group on FB, they're awesome.

  • Hey man.. Looking good!! I have added some cardio to my P90X. I'm adding this to try to lose more fat. So far it's worked great! Try hitting up a treadmill or walk for a mile and half to burn off an extra 200-300 calories. It will work! Keep it up, and BRING IT!!

  • When you work on diet what do you do? Low calories, low carbs or anything elese?

  • @FatAssChallenge its good, Im glad I did the lean first, next round will be the normal p90x, its a good warmup to p90x.
