A village, community, or neighborhood is simply an unincorporated community with no governmental powers. Usually, county governments provide services to these unincorporated communities. Some states do have official designations of "towns" that include limited powers.

To break it down for you, a city elects its officials, a town appoints it's officials. has nothing to do whether it has a cathedral or not.

The very few Parkour clips you had in it were SICK, but there was very little Parkour, and that's a shame. You wasted so much of the camera's battery on you guys "rapping," and fooling around, or sitting on a bus. We didn't want to see that, you called it "A weekend of pk at Taunton," not "A weekend of fun with some pk at Taunton."

Really quite disappointed. I would have stripped all the nonparkour stuff, and just put it all in front of that Pendulum track you had in towards the end.
