Why did you choose "green stuff" over polymer clay? Just curious....and why do you like using it? I'm asking cause I haven't used the green stuff before but I usually use clays like Sculpey and Premo for projects like this.
@timmytapeworm13 no real reason other than green stuff was the only thing available, I cant really comment on why I like it with respect to comparison because I've got none, I never used the two clays you mentioned but I found GS easy enough to use. It doesn't set really really hard so it has a reasonable amount of ductility.
The only other medium I used was 'window putty' for making another ent: watch?v=D5aD0Ol2H0U
@Endlickfertig sound, yeah it took a while at first but once ya figure out how to do the bark it picks up from there. just recently finished a fourth Ent, gonna try casting one or two sometime in the future. anyway, thanks again man :)
nice, more detailed then those i have made, (but my ents are also cool XD) i have made 2 of green stuff and one of plastic sticks and i'm going to put green stuff on it
Yeah he is, I didn't anticipate as much green stuff going on his upper torso. I thought more wire would be good for strength, it also means a bulker layer of green stuff when taking deep details into hand.. but I'm happy with him :) so much fun to sculpt.

you shouldve used tin foil too so you wouldnt had to use so much green stuff.
