can you tell me what's the name of the Casio keyboard model with (drum) pads beneath the keys? it was a PCM keyboard with ca. 61 keys, and it's been probably released between 1986 nad 1991.
But which soundcard do you have? Mine is Realtek AC95 or 97, integrated on motherboard, and I think that it isn't working because this card is not Sound Blaster Compatible...
the MIDI interface is on the same connector as the game port, it's not soundblaster specific, check your mainboard plugs, if there is none, take just abouit any legacy sound card to have it
I think this sounds more like a tokai tx 5 organ look at his other videos i he owns a tx5 but nice playing but i think he is trying to pull the wool over our eyes
Well, these were the more expensive ones- when i was looking for a keyboard back in 1992 and compared many of them, i found they had about the best sounds

Can you tell me how to use Casio keyboard like that (I have Casio CT-660) as a MIDI controller, with software like, for example. FL Studio or Reason?
BelosvetskaGlupost 2 years ago
Just connect MIDI Out to your soundcard's game port - MIDI-aware software should be able to recieve the notes fine
I've got the good old CT 680, too, and it works for me.

@scathiebaby How is the CT-680 different from the -670?

@TheOrganiston9th - i think it's only an additional digital reverb, otherwise it's the same
