that honda will last 4ever. the 450r is a great quad. but i think the other two are prolly faster. one thing about the 450r is that they are very high maintanence due to having a liquid cooled engine. i think u would be happy with any of them

Btw. I just bought an 08 Raptor 700 R and it is everything i could ask for. I got it on sale brand new for about 6000 bucks. It has the speed of a YFZ 450 with more torque and reverse. Its the quad to pick if you wanna ride trails but still be able to scream on open straights

yea, i thought he had a 400ex listed in there too cuz they arent liquid cooled, but he didn't my bad. Yea Raptors are badass, but they are expensive. Although if u look around on craigslist and stuff there are some really good deals. and reverse is a lifesaver. Plus Raptors are awesome in the dunes!

this winter at a local drag I took a renegade and a 700R with my 660R piped and jetted. the 700R was an 07 with the computer mod and the renegade was piped and jetted. It never had a chance.

Polaris engines are Japanese, and have had hardly no problems, they are just as good as the rest of the Japanese engines, Honda put out a 700xx, how does it run? don't hold your breath on the Raptor 700, someone will most likey make one faster, just wait long enough and you will see what I mean, I like the feel of the 700R though, more comfortable that the others. Nothing against them, just wait and see what Kawa will build, in replace of the 700 V-Force

I wish someone could explain this to me...In Canada the Raptor 700 is $9999 but only $7299 20KM across the border in US yet our money is near par. Even with exchange rate it's only $7550 CAN. All the atv and automobile manufacturers are doing this. What kind of scam is this?

The raptor 700 is the fastest quad you can buy. Even the salesmen at the Kawi dealership say their new kfx450 is no match.

I don't believe them anymore. They have a good marketting team aimed at young people. Polaris will say anything to increase net sales cuz they are in it deep. They discontinued their snow mobiles and watercraft and use KTM engines now because of poor engineering and failures. Try it out first.

Stockfor stock the 525 has 2 mph on the raptor, but if u take the rev limiter out of the equation then the raptor will have a much better high speed. Also the polaris is not built well it feels worn out before the motor is even broke in. The raptor is a much better selection by far!

I kno where that part along the highway is, its 70. Pretty close to or on old exit 17. Lots of nice places to ride around here, some road is involved still. Even trails to the local track so you can get upclose seats on your bike outside the fence.
