  • u shouldnt use the arched back method for doing reps, good job though

  • Actually you are wrong. A small arch is good, and the grip and method he is using is perfect. He is doing in such a way that by not having his elbows flared out, and presumably he is retracted and squeezing back his shoulder blades, he avoids injury. This is the way to bench to save your shoulders.

  • how much time pass since that video and the first time u lift 120kg? i ask coz i´m currently doing the same weight that u do in your video, at the same speed and all. And i cant wait till i get to the 120kg+ =P

  • When I lifted that I pressed 120 already. 8 reps on 90 wasn't my max than. I just don't lift more than 8 reps

  • yey! today i bench 110kgx3reps for the first time!! ... but i was trying to impress a girl so.. mabe thats why i get the extra strenght... i have to test again alone, with no hot girls arround, lol.
