I thought overhead smash only combos with sweep on balrog? Pretty sure you can't link cr.short or cr.strong...but I may be wrong.

So what distance and timing is required? Or if there's a video of boxer doing a cr.strong on another boxer after an overhead smash I'd watch that...but I feel like its gibbed like the cr.short on blank/guile/sagat etc.
