lets make the earth song the most watched video on youtube, please!
i have a million reasons to do it, the first is a way to remember MJ, would be great! million persons voted in negative a justin biebers song! please only watch the vid! (COPY AND PASTE THAT PLEASE, THANKS) PEACE&LOVE!
@brianplavery If you like that drop, check out "Something Heavens" by H.U.V.A. Network, a joint project between Solar Fields and Aes Dana. You'll love it.
Good luck finding a better ambient song than this one. I remember listening to this while driving past an enormous chemical plant complex at night. Now all I can think of when I hear this song is that vision.
For some reason, I only like about half of BOC's stuff. They've got some pretty good songs that I can't think of at the moment, lol, but I've defiantly gotta get me some Solar Fields cds.
Love Boards of Canada - Dayvan Coyboy, probably one of my fav tracks of all time. it's like encapsulated nostalgia.
Love Solar Fields - Insum but think my fav track of his is Cocoon Moon from Leaving Home album. Think it is a live recording from Glastonbury but it is amazing.
Half-Life.

anyone else think the beginning is reminiscent of the opening to blade runner?

i agree very much so. The blade runner soundtrack is AMAZING. And so ahead of its time

yeah definitely, I can imagine the big plooms of smoke and dark, neon dystopian landscape... would make a cool vid to this song.

If Boards of Canada counts, then there you go... All their stuff is better, dun care what you say xD
Still, Solar Fields is awesome! I love "Summer", best track in my opinion.

Wow.. Dude... ''Solar fields - Insum'' beats all...
But I better start listening to Board of Canada before i say something like that XD
Still, try listening to Insum.. It's like a slice of heaven in audioformat :-)

They're both awesome, different style, so you can't really compare. It's ridiculous to say that boc IS better, just a matter of taste.

True, true :-)

@brianplavery I think we'd get along well. Dayvan Cowboy is also one of my favorite songs of all time. It's just. I can't even.
