sorry mate, but the section at 5:50 is wrong. you should play a C major bar chord on the 8th fret, G Sharp Major, A Sharp Major, then back to C Major.

I like how you did the first and second part, but the "rain down" part is very off. The chords are as follows: Cm, G, A#/G, A, Dm, A, Dm, C/Dm, A#, Am, Gm, F, E-Esus4, A-Asus4, then repeat.

Close enough anyway, there's a few variations I generally use to make it sound fuller and closer to the recording, the Cm works far better as a Csus9, the A#/G works perfectly fine as a G-Gm transition...the C/Dm is just an odd voicing of F played on the 5th, and lastly the A#-Am transition sounds much closer to the original if you just bar an F chord instead of the Am. But then there's 3 guitar parts and each doing it's own thing so personal flavor really plays a major role
