  • I think that was more like a cafe latte.

  • seriously this is amatuerish crap. That foam is watery and not at all very appealing

  • who else but quagmire? it's quagmire, it's quagmire!

  • it is looks like latte more than cappucino.

    but it is nice.

    thanks for sharing

  • yum! Especially designed for whom are fatter than americans, foreigners!

  • Lol, well I love cappuccinos and I AM NOT FAT! HAHAHA

  • i love them too and i am not fat - fat has nothing to do with coffee drinkers i just thought id be sarcastic as well, lol.

  • traditional cappuccino is like this - tons of foam = usually large bubbles in a 20z cup... designed for fat americans

  • i will sell my automatic espresso machine for a machine you used in the vid. your espresso is very thick, almost like honey - my auto espresso produce only thin espresso. i plan to buy a kitchenaid machine. how long is the correct time to brew the espresso? what is the correct amount of espresso for one person, for example 5g ?? how much milk i need for one cappuccino? thx and greetings from germany

    ?

  • for advice and help on deciding on equipment and techniques for espresso making, go to home-barista DOT com

  • between 20-30 seconds, 23-25 seconds usually being the best times. a shot of espresso is 1 ounce for a 12 ounce drink use two ounces of espresso with 7 ounces of steamed milk.

  • i think you use 25ml for one cappuccino, 25ml-30ml is one espresso. I didnt know that you use a double espresso for lone cappuccino.

  • mmmmmmmmm i want some :(

  • where is the foam man!?? - you miss the most crucial part of cappuccino totally! - you add milk and than foam in the end and you should use fat milk with at least 4% of fat!

  • If you want a 2 part made cappuccino with too much foam added at the end go to starbucks!

The foam and milk are together and then seperate in the cup. The milk I was using was Whole milk and that technique was taught to me by the 2004/5 UK barista champion.

  • hahahaha...you are rock !! my stupido employee always pour milk first then espresso. stubborn. she used to work for starbucks

  • @glenquagmire1 your milk is brilliant mine is to frothy on top how do you get that latte quality milk being tryin for 3 weeks im startin to think its my steam wand lol

  • cool vid, but ya fer got my side shot of moonshine. Great film done with a phone cam. Great tune too ;) Peace & health to ya.

  • Cheers man!
