@ElChrisman dude they builded half the titanic lended ships for the engine scene's and they made this big 8 story ship that was still only the half times that long and the port side was missing they only had built the starboard side(left side)so for the begining they had a problem cause real titanic left the docks on her portside so they had to flop the hole movie and put all the text like floped in real life so that in the movie it would look normal and historacly good.

It's just my opnion, but I believe it is kind of disrespectful for the lives lost on the Titanic as well, possibly including family members of those passengers today. Titanic was indeed a wonderful ship, but it wasn't meant to be.

There is a NEW Titanic movie coming up for the fall of 2010 And its called Titanic 2 its basicly the same. story is like they are sending the Titanic 2 on the same voyage as the one sent in 1912 and see how it plays out this time. And yes the original film will be re-relased in 2012 for a 3D version.

This song is set to be played after the southampton song plays, its meant to give a feeling of this massive ship leaving the port, such the dramatic cues. Yes its similar also because its meant to give a uplifting feeling while still keeping similar cause there still in southampton as this song plays.
