yo work on your track, the fluid is great but, i have this problem too, it doesnt follow a seam so solid, which adds so much more when the track doesnt skip to a new place in space.

I usually dance without music or to whatever i have playing on my laptop at that moment, then after I create the video, I browse through music I have and see what I feel suits the video most...that is why sometimes it looks like I'm not dancing "on the beat" to the music, or that my timing is bad...sorry :-(
