  • I have a question, I've been doing deadlifts by pushing my hamstrings to the ground to activate my legs. Is that also a component for the leg deadlifts.

  • Ive been working out on my on my legs and upper body for 6 month now and there is a huge difference!!! Ive been taken photo's every week and seeing the difference and its incredible! Once ive got to a year i will be putting a video of my change. All i have been doing copying of these exersizes you put on here plus going to the gym. But its really helped me alot so keep making videos!! :D

  • legs are very important muscles and you cant go without training legs i have a friend that dont train legs only upper body and its quite funny he have big arms but if you see his les you would laught

  • i did like 25 squats and 25 lunges the other day and my legs hurt for like 2 days

  • @Josho144 Yip, if you not use to training legs you don't have to do much for them to hurt.

  • nice, but i have problems with knees isn't there some leg workout to have strong legs?? (without squats and so on)

    (i should not bend my knees because they are in a bad physical condition (and i have morbus osgoot schlatter))

  • @pejtok Well I am not doctor so can't give you medical advice but I do know the only other real way to train your legs without moving your knee joint is to do static exercises. So stand in a squat position but don't move up or down. This will still give your legs a great workout.
