Yes, it's also in "Dread Love"! The literal translation is "Nina, Nina, there's a picture, this is a tractor and a motor!" :-)

By the way, after that phrase in the song "Dread Love" you can hear "Ya lyublyu tebya" which means "I love you"! 8-)
