I'm also very interested in the WH fantasy and the 40k universe(s). I own the codex of chaos demon and space marine, IG, I have the 5th edition of the WH40k hardcover rulebook. I've played DOW and DOWII and read many articles from the codexes/rulebook concerning the lore of 40k.
And at the end of the day, I don't see a point of merging em both together.

@james501001 because blizzard and games workshop had a contract, but something went wrong, and they had to cancel it. blizzard didnt like to scrap a half finished game, so they changed the story a bit due to copyright (with keeping the part when badass guys fight aliens) and starcraft was born. and the problem is that every single thing in sc, is a pale imitation of its original from 40k. i dont say it is a bad game, but its story...

I fail to understand how this works at all or why people would give it a thumbs up. The fact is your spelling is pritty bad and so is your knowledge about Tyranids. They couldn't get close to terra if they tried. Terra is effectively now a planetary fortress that only Horus ever managed to reach.
On top of that Tyranids would end up facing Titans, Imperial Navy ships, Custodes, Inquistion, the Captain-General, Grey Knights. Considering they couldn't beat Ultramarines.
@red244 I mean c'mon, 1000 Ultramarines (sure veterans where only ones to survive that attack but even vertans arn't on par with Custodes).
The fact is I dont like it since it doesn't make any sense, I could understand Necrons, Choas and even Eldar (if the webway became active on earth). But every other race I doubt will never land on Terra.
So.... Long story shrot, tyranids wouldn't even last 5 days on Terra or any nearby planet.

@steven61388 You have to take into account these arn't normal titans. They would be emporer class. Not warhounds which are nothing compared to titans such as 'The Imperator'.
1 million Tyranids isn't much, dont forget 1 million Tyranids failed at Ultramar, if they cant defeat 100 veterans + Chapter master then what hope would they stand at fighting 3,000 Custodes a further 3,000 Grey Knights, Imperial Guard and Titans.
Sorry but Tyranids would lose without multiple hive ships in orbit.
@billyboyjennings Yes 12 galaxys, they come and go however, they never encounrted some of the fractions before, necrons are a key one since they are highly capable of destorying the hive fleets with no issue or complications.

@james501001 because blizzard and games workshop had a contract, but something went wrong, and they had to cancel it. blizzard didnt like to scrap a half finished game, so they changed the story a bit due to copyright (with keeping the part when badass guys fight aliens) and starcraft was born. and the problem is that every single thing in sc, is a pale imitation of its original from 40k. i dont say it is a bad game, but its story...

1. tau were based on protoss.
2. read adeptus astartes (black library GW)
3. terra is as i'm quite sure is close to the galactic hub. signicantly it's close to mars some 100 or so L>yrs away.
4. takes longer than 3 wks for implantation of extra organs/ training etc......
5. movie does not load.
6. i've been into wh40k since pre-'95, call me "LIBRARIAN Hespatos"......

I fail to understand how this works at all or why people would give it a thumbs up. The fact is your spelling is pritty bad and so is your knowledge about Tyranids. They couldn't get close to terra if they tried. Terra is effectively now a planetary fortress that only Horus ever managed to reach.
On top of that Tyranids would end up facing Titans, Imperial Navy ships, Custodes, Inquistion, the Captain-General, Grey Knights. Considering they couldn't beat Ultramarines.

The fact is I dont like it since it doesn't make any sense, I could understand Necrons, Choas and even Eldar (if the webway became active on earth). But every other race I doubt will never land on Terra.
So.... Long story shrot, tyranids wouldn't even last 5 days on Terra or any nearby planet.

@red244 The Tyranids are limitless in numbers, even if it takes 1 million Tyranids to take down a single titan, a large hive fleet could replace that in hours, but it would take months to build another titan.

@steven61388 You have to take into account these arn't normal titans. They would be emporer class. Not warhounds which are nothing compared to titans such as 'The Imperator'.
1 million Tyranids isn't much, dont forget 1 million Tyranids failed at Ultramar, if they cant defeat 100 veterans + Chapter master then what hope would they stand at fighting 3,000 Custodes a further 3,000 Grey Knights, Imperial Guard and Titans.
Sorry but Tyranids would lose without multiple hive ships in orbit.

@billyboyjennings Yes 12 galaxys, they come and go however, they never encounrted some of the fractions before, necrons are a key one since they are highly capable of destorying the hive fleets with no issue or complications.
It seems every race is countered by another race in 40k Universe likely because GW want to keep with their is always war situation. On top of that Imperium have the technology to kill hives outright. (As BR porved in the games and books.)

1.) they use holy apothecaries, not robots.
2.) it takes 3 weeks.
3.) half his skin would be missing.
