  • this was the team i loved most...

  • it makes me kinda sad that he has never really realised his full potential. I thought Wenger got to him a couple of seasons too late. They should have built up the team around him rather than have him sacrifice himself for the team. Some of the stuff he did at Zenit before coming the Prem was incredible, regardless of what people think about the Russian League.

  • wtf was up with Cescs haircut? haha

  • ahh, i remember the days when arshavin used to run

  • arshavin has successfully forgotten how to play football.

  • Fuck, he was not only skillful but also intelligent...

  • He makes it look so easy lol

  • didnt relise the time out of all the times iv seen it

  • BLOODY HELL! Arshavin actually bustin' a gut to reach the ball!

  • look how short fab's hair was back then.

  • He really needs to pull his finger out. He can do this, score against Barca and 4 goals against Liverpool, yet so far this season he's just lashed at everything and hoofed it over. Such a shame, can't see us getting a return on him.

  • UMAD

  • And THAT is how you score a fucking goal. :D

  • i was there at the stadium and it was my birthday , thank you arshavin

  • за слова !!

  • деслайк походу вратарь поставил:)

  • Arshavin is good player

  • the way he just walks away like 'Yeah, that was normal?'

  • Class goal.. I still think Arshavin has some time to make an impact

  • Arsenal is amazing

  • yes

  • he's almost at his peak. though i always believe Arshavin may be better. Just look at him play for Russia!

  • this guy is shit now

    (Arsenal fan)

  • @ManLikeMose глупый ты человек

  • @DR0n93 on realno shit, nado pomenyat sostav polnostiu v rossie

  • The guy next to Wenger couldn't care less about what Wenger was saying.

  • 0:30 Хищник

  • lets give him a chance every player has his ups and downs.......he is getting better and better as the season progresses......fantastic piece of skill againts sunderland yesterday just lacking the finishing......AA u have our support to get back to ur best

  • so fast !

  • Arshavin: "I've been working on that one... ;-)"

  • best Goal EVER!

  • woooo! that was one crazy goal ♥_♥

  • ''amazing''

  • Such a shame he was bloody awful last season, and the start of this one :(

  • @grandmasterj5 How so? He had tons of goals and assists. He may seem lazy but he is so effective its unreal.

  • @St3v3z being an Arsenal fan, I know how bad he played last season and start of this.

Only good thing he did last season, was the goal against Barcelona, which was one of the most amazing things I've seen since being an Arsenal fan. But still doesn't take away from the fact he had a poor season and lost posession so many times it's scary!

08-09 09-10 he was amazing. 10-11, and 11-12 so far, very poor. Just runs into people at the moment.

I hope he sorts it out as I really like him as a player

  • @grandmasterj5 he has now admitted that he's form has been bad, and he'll do everything to bounce back.

  • @grandmasterj5 And his stamina for a pro athlete is horrible. I think Arsenal should sell him, they would probalably get some decent money out of big Russian clubs like Kazan or maybe Zenit.

  • @lolpauve his stamina used to suck big time but now its gotten a lot better. same goes for defending. but for his dribbling and shooting... erm...

  • @grandmasterj5 Still playing shit haha

  • @Banomann erm... you say that like it's new news to me.

He should be put in a box, because his crapness is spreading to other players

  • @grandmasterj5 How can you say he played poorly last season? He was very efficient and had assist after assist. I am very tired of people saying he sucks, just because he isn't AS good as he was when he first arrived, frankly, neither are any other PL player. Would have loved to see him play more in the role behind rvp, that's where he belongs.

IMO the dumbest thing we could have done is loan him out, and that's exactly what we have done. We can't use him, we don't get any money.

  • @kabukij07 He wasn't signed to get assists though, he was assigned as an attacking palyer, and on so many chances last season, and this he flopped when on the ball. Losing possesion, poor passes when they should be simple. running straight into players, poor control.

There is a reason he's not being picked, and it's because he's been playing poorly for sometime now after being given alot of chances.

Play well, and you get into the squad. It's as simple as.

  • @grandmasterj5 Not signed to get assists? What the hell? "Hey you! We didn't want you make all those guys score, you were supposed to score them yourself!" That's just stupid, creating goals is what matters, not who the goal scorer is.

I agree that he is far from what he used to be, but we all ought to give him the credit he fucking deserves!

  • @kabukij07 I don't see how what I said was stupid. If you line up all the chances he missed, and posession lost, those assists don't count for much.

He's not signed to be a player that just runs own the wing and crosses, he was signed for his attacking play, which includes scoring goals. That's how the formation is set up and has been for years.

He makes so many unforced errors, He's playing like he has "Torres disease" at the moment.

Loan is still the best thing for the him, and the team.

  • @grandmasterj5 Those assists were ones no other Arsenal winger would have been able to make, so I'd say they count for something. Of course, considering the player he was the first couple of seasons, it's not what we all would like and expect, but it's still something. However, this season has really been disappointing, but imo last season was very good.

I see your point in loaning him out, but I still think it wasn't right.

  • @kabukij07 Also, the loan is the BEST thing for him and the team, as there is two things that could come out of it. Either he finds form again and gets his confidence back after being home in Russia for a while, not to mention a possibility of first team football too,

    or

If they have an interest, we sell him to St. Petersburg at the end of the season, as no other top team would pay much money for him in his current form.

Like I said before, I'd rather he sort himself out and find his form
