Basically Manning told the truth. These government people did not arrest him. There is actually a law against making threats against the President's life. Someone posted the law on Mannings website. He could be tried but I think the video where he tells his followers not to kill Obama could be used in his defence. I doubt they'll arrest Manning unless he makes a much more direct threat.

Basically Manning told the truth. These government people did not arrest him. They were trying to intimidate him to get him to stop talking about Obama not having a valid birth certificate, and being an illegal president. Our constitution give us freedom of speech but the people in power right now want to change that. They don't obey the constitution. They circumvent it. Manning stated the punishment for treason which he believes Obama is guilty of. That got him the visit from secret service.

It's foolish to think that a President, like Obama, holds any significant power over this country. The FED has more power over this country than Obama. When 'Dr.' Manning suggests hanging Obama or someone 'putting a bullet in his head,' he crossed the line. Unfortunately, a lot of hacks are simply going to see this in terms of 'sides' & politics.

We both know that every great REVOLUTION has had men that has "crossed the line" by stating the Truth. Speaking in "code language" about Revolution does not change a country. Believe me, Im not a warmonger (got 3 kids) and I dont want blood-spill. Im a pastor, like Manning. There is actually a law against making threats against the President's life. Someone posted the law on Mannings website. He could be tried but I think the video where he tells his followers not to kill Obama could be used in his defence. I doubt they'll arrest Manning unless he makes a much more direct threat.
It might seem anti-free-speech. But after Kennedy was killed, and there was an attempt to shoot Ford, and Reagan got shot, they kind of got kinda paraniod about it.

A further thought: I'll admit the wording might seem ambiguous to some, but in my view; Manning is right on: IF Obama is proved to be a fake and a usurper who deceived his way into the Whitehouse; then he would indeed be eligible for execution for treason.
Obama is only one of many who should be tried for treason. Most of Congress has also helped to flush the US Constitution down the toilet bowl; anyone who can't see it must have their head pretty far up their asses. WAKE UP PEOPLE!!

One thing I can say is if the Rev James Manning(No, not the The Reverend in PS1 Game Apocalypse of Bruce Willis) is arrested, there could be riots, LA style. Not good. The Reverend has many supporters in both and white and black and mix sector and sad to say he is right about Obama, just ask Mr. Celente, Mr. Texe Marrs and Epic Alex Jones. He did step lightly over the line, but I'm pretty sure he was speaking in euphemisms. There's someone in every group that says basically the same sorts of things. Manning is just more 'out there' about it. Imho.

Well Monty I got to comend the man he only said what a lot of the Americans are too afraid to say. Yea they came down on him because he could ignite a response the powers to be dont want. I will pray for Mr. Manning may no harm come to him. Doesnt it just suck that we really dont have freedom to speak now in our days. Your right he said a little too much and the government isnt going to allow that as we have seen with their attempts to silence the press and others who have great courage.

Birthers can go on and on about the Constitutional requirments for "American born citizen." There is a very important aspect of Constituional law they ignore. The accused is INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY. THE BURDON OF PROOF IS ON THE ACCUSER.
One of the judges who threw out a case wrote about how shocking it is that a lawyer does not know such a basic rule of law.
Legally, Obama does not have to prove anything. Birthers are the accusers, so the burden of proof is on them.

Im confused. Manning demands an investigation and let the chips fall where they may - and gets investigated. Yet Jessie Jackson is on tape staitng he will 'cut of obamas balls', yet he does not warrant scrutiny. Could it be that Manning has a point? Could it be if he is heard many critical thinking Americans might agree with him?

i know rev manning get filled with the spirit and a couple times i feel he may have crossed the line...just like pastor steve....i do not always agree with his style but rude and crude is all that gets the govt's attention anymore .peaceful protest does not work anymore, they ignore or minmize the effect..and main stream media is a joke.....he has the gonads to say what alot of people think.....he walks a fine line....

I agree 100% with Rev Manning. He said to arrest Obama, try him, and either put him in prison for life or execute for treason. Treason is punishable by death, or at least when we were a real country it was. I see nothing wrong with what Manning says must be done, and in my estimation its our only hope for survival.

I watched the video and YES he did crossed the line. OMG...what was he thinking? He's a valueable source to the movement and he just messed up big time. May God be with him with this one....he's in a tight spot. This is so disturbing to me.

What he said was, that he should be tried for treason, and then punished along with others for breaking their oath to the people to uphold the constitution. That is just upholding the law of the constitution. Many were calling for the same thing when Bush was president.

Very much value and support our constitution, therefore also believe in following guidelines as far as doing things legally in regards to impeachment, if it deemed necessary.
Speaking up and free speech can be done in a way as to not cause others harm and should be so.
Manning has a wonderful voice, but I'm thinking the intent of the motivation is a bit skewed.

Traditionally the news was REPORTED cause it was necessary but it wasn't a profitable broadcast business. Today news is GERERATED because it makes huge profit.
Getting people's emotions involved makes a new story marketable. Dispose of TV now!
