After taking Cathay Pacific once, it is one of the best in the world. After years of taking UA and Qantas, their air circulation smells like exhausts gas in the flight compartment. like CO1 poisoning, also, their theme is bland.

Cathay 's got better food, more entertainment, more comfortable environment, even the attendants look better.

The only drawback is their "seats", you can't tilt the seats when you goto rest, other than that, It's one of the best airlines out there.

my friends flyed this airliner all the way to Philipines but i prefer United my nr 1 / American since we got allot miles + to get better seats during the flight at those airlines :D.

CX inflight Entertainment service is ok, but FA's in Yclass need to slowdown a bit and try to take time to listen to client's needs.

Unfortunately, CX management feel that if you want to be "listened to" then you "pay for J". Ashame really.

I had a bad experience with Cathay a long time ago as a baby with my family.All trips to Hong Kong since then have been with Qantas and will Virgin Atlantic when I next go back.
