I quit too and also dropped 50m+ and alched my firecape and torso. I quit because runescape took up a ton of my time. i never did anything other than runescape. Runescape was all i really thought about. Check out the video on my channel.  It explains how runescape screwed up my life more in detail. Anyways, everything is a lot better now that i quit. Tell them you're quitting, but stay friends. Keep in touch on fb and myspace.. but tell them you need to move on. Trust me, if you WANT to quit, you have to do what I did. Don't keep the account, or give it to a friend, because you will want to come back. I sometimes still have the urge to come back, but I know I can't. And trust me, it's helped my life loads.
