You can look up calcium/magnesium benefits on bluelight(dot)ru. imollot is exhaggerating a bit when they say NO cramps but it does help. Studies are finding that people suffering addiction went into the addiction mineral deficent and this may help explain, eventually, why some people can take a percocet for a broken arm and never touch an opiate again while others get addicted. A course of gabapentin seems to help as well and is easy to obtain as it is now prescribed for nerve pain.

@lesterclaypool1 Thank you for the comment however I am not the person who originally shot and added this footage to YouTube. I knew the person who filmed it and he gave me all of the footage since he was not an editor and he had no desire to do anything with what he had. As far as I know he still has a chip on his shoulder about how poorly things eventually went with Ken and himself.
I thought that he had done something with what he had by uploading the videos to youtube? It would be nice to see the raw footage restored after your project gets seen. I watched the originals chronologically and was very surprised at how long it took Ken to snap. Lisa may be an opiate addict, but Ken is the type of person to "help" people just so that he has something to lord over them in the future.
@lesterclaypool1 ...and you are very correct, the original photographer owed Ken money for buying drugs from him and Ken makes it very clear on several occasions how much he dislikes freeloaders. Lisa whispering in his ear all the time to not forget that he was owed money didn't help things either. I wanted to tell that story in my final version of the film but that would have required me interviewing and filming the original photographer and he wanted nothing to do with this project.

I completely get why you chose these two to interview and film. They are a perfect depiction of the realness of these men and woman sitting in those alleyways. After watching this video I went right down to that alley (after soliciting some help ) and gave up some cloths and purses. Had great conversations with a few. I can't tell you how inspired I am, how changed I am and I'm so grateful to you guys for uploading this to YouTube.
