Absolutely fantastic. I love your version of this tune. Its very like the Clancy Brothers version of it. I love the guitar picking you do. Excellent. I have been trying to learn that tune with a long time now but cant find the tabs anywhere. Do you have any suggestions.??

Hallo Ulla, danke für comment, Abo und Freundschaft. Ich habe mich sehr schwer getan mit diesem Song, weil mich die Liebe von Margret so sehr beeindruckt hat. Andere Versionen waren mir zu traurig angelegt und auch ich kam immer in diese Schiene. Nach über 3 Monaten nicht mehr spielen war dies dann die Version und ich glaube , diese ist es.

Dankeschön Hansel, als ich diesen Song letztes Jahr erstmals hörte, war ich ganz erschlagen vom Text und der Wirkung und hatte verschiedene Versionen davon, mal mehr und mal weniger traurig. Aber ich finde das Lied nicht so traurig, viel wichtiger war es mir, die Liebe von Margret zu ihrem Mann darzustellen und das ist positiv. Ich hoffe, es kommt so rüber.

Dankeschön Martin, es ist großartig im Gitarrencafe zu spielen, es passt einfach alles, Sound Stimmung, Publikum, und das merkst du vorn. Mit dem Song habe ich mich schwer getan, ich kenne ihn jetzt fast ein Jahr, habe unzählige Male Gitarre und Gesang umgestellt, zuletzt 3 Monate nicht mehr angesehen, dann vorgestern gespielt, gadacht, das isses und gestern vorgetragen und so bleibt es jetzt.
