I do know that Noel was a big fan of The Beta Band, but I can't stand Oasis too, so had never paid much attention to thier song before. Its blatant now !! I saw the Beta Band play 4 or 5 times. Amazing on record....absolutely UNBEFUCKINLEIVABLE live ; )
@SarahAndPals Typically for Noel Gallagher, he also robbed from another of their songs, the intro from 'Dry the Rain' for 'Go Let it Out'.Play 'em back to back, they're identical. The Beta Band considered sueing him but didn't, according to NME back in the day. Shit, I would've done!
Not only my favourite Beta Band moment, but my favourite song of all time. This band kicked ass big time. I was fortunate enough to see them 8 times, and each time i cherish. Long live the Betas.
