  • Very well done, as a Teessider living in Canada brought some happy memories back. Thanks.

  • TEESSIDE ftw!

  • Loved the video, some great pictures. I am from Teesside but don't get back there very often these days so these pics bring back some fond memories Thanks Dave

  • so are they geordies in teesside?

  • Does anybody out there remember serving with a PTE.MARTIN ROWE during the 70s with the Green Howards?

He did 2 tours of Northern Ireland and was stationed in Berlin for some time.

He died in 1982 when i was 2 and am just hoping to get to know him a little more.

  • Gt Ayton is NOT Teesside!

  • I think you'll find it is, both politically and naturally. Take a look at a map!

  • I think you'll find it's actually North Yorkshire politically both local and national. Naturally it is quite a height above Teesside and is closer to the North York Moors by a distance.

  • Firstly, naturally its Teesside, it is well within the boundaries of the River Tees Watershed, therefore its Teesside, if it were out of the watershed then it wouldn't be Teesside, but it is. Politically, its what ever your perception is of where/what Teesside is. Besides, look at the video description Views from around the Teesside area. With emphasis on the word "around".

  • IM FROM STOCKTONNN;)!!

  • this video is the elite of all teesside videos

  • Thanks! I should make a new updated one soon really.....

  • there is a few good pics of teeside but a hell of a lot that are not even close to teeside since when does darlington have a ts postcode or even whitby look again and try better

  • Darlington is classed as Teesside or Tees Valley it is the 'gateway' to the Tees Valley, whether you like the name or you dont or don't agree with it, its true. Whitby isn't Teesside no, but i, and am sure many other Teessiders think of Whitby as home too, its N. Yorkshire so its home.

  • do you need a lecture? this vid is mint however iv just had a look at yours and its not even the right way up! and its crap! so if your going to comment make sure you have the room to do so infuture. on you tube.. if you dont like what you see find somthing else to take your fancy.

  • I used Windows Movie Maker, you just add what you want to it e.g. a picture, then drag and drop into the timeline, its really easy. (im not sure where you can get it from i think you have to buy it but ours was already loaded on our computer when we bought it.

  • what a breath of fresh air! great stuff. all the best mate stockton boy.

  • Enjoyed that a lot. You picked up on a lot of things 'Teessidey'. Even shots of Roseberry Topping, where we are (Pinchinthorpe-ish). Well done. (Thanks Dyynamo for the lead into this one).

  • Awesome as, Im from Brisbane Australia but got family in Thornaby. I love Teesside. UP THE BORO!

  • Very good production. Will pass it around fellow Teessiders down here in ew Zealand.

  • Great pictures and great memories (especially Cardiff, 29 February 2004 - typical Boro, wait 2 centuries to win something and only get 1 anniversary every 4 years).

Wonderful music - wish I could hear it more often (especially on Saturday afternoons) Up the Boro,

    cheers

    Micky Pepper
