back when there was such a thing as personal luxury. Cadillac and Lincoln should be ashamed of themselves for abandoning their heritage of fine luxury cars with chrome, wood accents and bulk for plastic hunks of mass that drive fast...smh. I'm 19 and proud owner of a 95 DeVille, I'd take a car like mine over a new one any day.
OMG! My dad had one of these..bought it new that year too..I remember, cause I went with him too pick it up at the dealership that year.i had turned 8 yrs old that year & I thought we had the coolest car around..LOL! It had POWER WINDOWS!
I could'nt keep my hands off those buttons..dad had to keep telling me to leave the windows alone,DAMN IT BOY! LOL! VERY VERY NICE CAR MATT! bought back alot of memories from my younger years..thks.
I was having a bad day until I saw this video....My God, this is probably better than Prozac and psychoanalysis together! This is sheer automotive beauty!
Truly stunning! THIS is a real car. Takes me back (a few years!). My first car was a '74 Mark IV (Ivory with a Chocolate full vinyl top with matching leather guts) that my Grandfather bought for me in 1985. I had to look at it for nearly 2 years before I became licensed to drive. AHHHH the "good ole days". Thanks!
I was working for Ford Motor Company when the Diamond Jubillee was introduced, and I believed it was the most elegant and beautiful luxury car in the post war period, and I believe it is still true today. This car is just a true modern classic! The car shown has to be the best around!
What a broom! I love the Diamond Jubilee cloth console interior. Like a good suit. The Mark V is the most elegant machine of the modern motor age.
I have a 79 triple black Continental Town Car..leather...full length top...power moonroof..turbines...a dark lady. Hoping to find her Mark V sister some day!

has the cb radio option...nice, does the antenna go all the way down when you retract it like the normal base model?
im still a fan of the 4-door lincolns of the late 70s, more chrome trim, and larger looking
however the mark vs have advantages too, I like how they have the antenna in the hood rather then the trunk freeing up more space

Absolutely gorgeous! One of the most elegant vehicles ever produced in my opinion. Very nice!
