You can't buy any Postal games on Steam, I have looked through the store and it doesn't have it even listed in all the 3390 games it has. I am in fact on steam right now viewing the store and no Postal games, a ton of other games cheap and afordable but no postal games.

Okay then if IT can be bought on Steam, it should be in the Store, it should be found when searching, if it ain't found it can't be bought. Otherwise give a link to the product bought on Steam.

If you had it installed on the computer you can Add it to your library either way, I can for instance add Dungeon Keeper Gold Edition which can't be bought on Steam but I can still play it through steam since I can add non-steam games, heck Valve ain't even allowed to sell Postal 1 or 2.
