but 112 is a emergency service line that tracks your call in the uk!! you can get fined loads for that!!!!

I don't get it. How did you install beta 2 without a developer account? When I try it says that "This device is not eligible for this requested build". How do I get beta2 on my device. I have beta1 running and I've installed iTunes beta 2

Then to upgrade to iOS 5 beta 2, you also need iTunes 10.5 beta 2 which can be downloaded for both Mac and Windows directly from the links given here: tinyurl[dot]com/6jl37tc.

@TheIPhoneism I already did that I have all FW files on my computer and I have iTunes 10.5 beta 2, my iPhone 4 is running iOS 5 beta 1. When I tried and do shift-restore and pick my ispw and I get the error. I am on mac BTW maybe this only works on windows?

To save you all the trouble, this procedure will ONLY work on iPhone 4 and iPhone 3GS. The emergency call option does not exist in iPod touch and iPad. However, kudos to this guy for discovering a workaround. Thumbs up!
