Basically, if any of these practices look like they will cause you pain, then don't try them. If you try them and they do cause you pain, then stop. Each person needs to decide for themselves what is right for them.
Thank you very much for making your videos. I have just purchased the book itself and i am amazed at how much information is in there. I had been looking for a spiritual path, one which includes all the dimensions of the human being. This seems like a very integrated path. Your explanations are elucidating. Thanks again.
i want to ask you. because i want to training and i have training yoga before i see this first week training is too easy. i'm not advance for yoga but i have some experiance of this. i want to ask you. can i start from week 2 or have some rules in kriya yoga that tells you have to start from week 1?
The course is designed for anyone at any level to have a place to start, so certainly, if week 1 is too easy, feel free to skip ahead. In fact, you could even jump ahead to course 2, if that is where you are at.
Thank you so much for this course. I recently purchased "A Systematic Guide to Yoga and Kriya" and a Neti pot, but not being a visual learner, I was having trouble doing the loosening exercises. You are very professional; you approach yoga as a spiritual practice, and you teach well. I don't speak Hindi so all I can say is many blessings upon you for you are doing a selfless, good thing that may well serve MANY people.
Is the text in English and can I buy a copy somewhere?
