i think @ruzlanz will agree...the people didn't want that. none of us want to die before our time. the Cold War was useless, just governments thumbing their noses at each other. regardless of your political stance, i'd highly doubt anyone would think nuclear war is a good idea nowadays.
Awesome video Russia, but the question will always remain the same: “Can anyone breath radiation fallout or drink radioactive water?” During ww3, Russia has one more invader. First invader was Napoleon and the second invader was Hitler and guess who the third in invader is: I have already given one a hint, radiation poisoning. It will be interesting to view how Russia handles an invader which ones bullets pass through. Best of Luck!
and produce what we invented. Some defend it by saying were doing it to slow down enemy defensive ability or for treaties but were allowed to do it and have had no true combatant threat since the USSR struck her colors... do some research before you blow off about what you haven't been educated on. None of you're "super super super " power crap, just quality over quantity in matched opponents
Jacobg1777... the soviet union had almost 11x what we had, and in '91, Russia kept most of it... Russia could overwhelm us any day and we only have an advantage because of newer tech and more strategic warfare, and were losing THAT due to our lack of production, we could've replaced todays 20 year old fighters with f40s by now of wed get off our arrogant asses
For sceptics, who written "bla-bla-bla-Russian missles are pussy shit" -- read about russian missiles slowly and smartly (but not only watching "Discovery channel") and you found many ineresting FACTS for yourself.
About the "Satan" (NATO reporting name, in fact it called R-36M2 "Voivode", in 70'-80's of XX):
... to partially circumvent the treaty, the missile, utilizing the capacity unused due to 10 warhead limitation, was equipped with 40 heavy decoys. These decoys would appear as warheads to any defensive system, making each missile as hard to intercept as 50 single-warhead, rendering potential anti-ballistic defense ineffective.
For first: it's not modern russian rockets, it's shown museum of former USSR (80's of XX century) rocket's base (position) -- now there is a "cold war"-museum in Ukraine, near the Pervomaysk town.
For two: some frames in this video shows another places and another rockets (for example, at 0:38) and even american Minuteman rocket in a silo (at 1:36) and in launch! Course, in fact, this video called "Nuclear Russian silo" is not correct and author of this video is a layman.
If people think Russia is scary then what do they think about the USA, cause the USA has much more shit then Russia by 10 times! If Russia is a so called "super power" then what make the USA "super super super power"???
@2fy1 If you have any info or anything on this site, send me an email. My email is thunderbirds_knight@hotmail.com I work at a cold war historic site in the U.S. and would love info on the Ukranian site.
