For first: it's not modern russian rockets, it's shown museum of former USSR (80's of XX century) rocket's base (position) -- now there is a "cold war"-museum in Ukraine, near the Pervomaysk town.

For two: some frames in this video shows another places and another rockets (for example, at 0:38) and even american Minuteman rocket in a silo (at 1:36) and in launch! Course, in fact, this video called "Nuclear Russian silo" is not correct and author of this video is a layman.
