I used an effect called "flanger" from a Digitech RP90 pedal. But the real effect that Jonny uses is phaser, and no that isnt an amatuar question.

For the pedals, I'd use: a phaser (set to the lowest speed), a tremolo (set to an 8th note speed of the song), and a chorus. That'd really get the sorta organ sound.
