You are right about how people like Nu Metal kids are still around even though its not popular anymore. In the 90's, I was a glam metal kid with big hair wearing Winger and Motley Crue shirts when bands like Nirvana were all the rage. I guess the question is, what will come along to replace emo/scene? It has definitely worn out its welcome but nothing seems to be coming along to replace it.
