@khjuliekh 7/10 Guinea Pigs get these. They cannot see them and do not mess up their vision or anything, but they look like something is wrong. They don't have to be taken off, but they can be removed if nessessary.

his eyes are pink and puffy, like Fatty eye. i would get him to a vet to fix that problem, does he also has bubble big feet or losing hair also?? My piggy had it and he almost die, it was from the grass it got mits or something causing him to lose hair and not eat and he stayed in his own bathroom spot which gave him bubbly feet and he got the fatty eye but not as bad as your piggy which was werid since that happened right after we got a other guinea pig.

That condition is called "Fatty Eye" it doesn't bother piggies, but isn't good if you're showing your guinea pigs at pet shows. Don't worry about it.
