  • I would like to do this but it costs um............$5000!!!!!! Can't you just kick my ass for free?

  • I hope these people were getting paid for this. Why would anyone go through this willingly if you're not going to be a SEAL at the end?

  • sorry to say this but crossfit ain't good in their pull ups. so what makes them think they can even survive even a day in seal training?

  • It is disliked when general people do CrossFit but when Seals do, it is liked. That is all about a mystery LOL.

  • I'm pretty sure the seals were doing these workouts long before cross fit came along. just saying.

  • Weak amateur BS.

  • E E E E EVOLUTIONS my friend

  • oh snap that asian boy is a girl! wtf *mind blown*

  • Why does it cost SO FUCKING MUCH?!?!?!?!

  • @USMCMichaels iknow right! i wanna try it out too but everywhere around here its like 250 to 400 just for the intro classes! wich is 3-5 1 hour classes...then you can join the group classes for 175/month! WTF is that? they dont truly want to get ppl in shape they are PURELY after your money. If they REALLY cared they wouldnt price so many ppl out of it.

  • @andrademeza where i live the cheapest gym around is a crossfit gym in a warehouse and it's run by marines o.o sucks to live wherever u live :|

  • @Jajajaja19921 Well thats good and thats because its ran by marines, they care about the country and the people in it so they get you fit for cheap but all these other assholes just want cash...but nah i wouldnt say it sucks where i live...im in san diego, its like always a vacation here..

  • @andrademeza ok its 300 150 up front 150 whenever you start the class. its 6 elements classes. I am on my 3rd week and have seen so much improvement its ridiculous. Other gyms may be cheaper but none give you what crossfit does for the price. Actually go to their website and look at it and look at all the mobility and other classes that are included in the price. Trust me this shit is worth it if you want to get in shape.

  • @andrademeza if you cared to get in shape you'd find a way to make more money.

  • @Elite1987 i got in shape with weightlifting and insanity....and what you said doesnt even make sense..."if you cared to get in shape you'd make more money" WTF....get the fuck out of here little boy...

  • The log is not your friend....

  • SEALS baby!

  • 6 people got their head bashed in from a rock thruster....

  • i want to see the rest of this video

  • This just goes to show that American special forces groups over all branches are still the baddest motherfuckers on earth.

  • @SuperGrant000 The log is not a fucking joke.

  • @ZyklonPsyklon IDK why but this made me laugh my ass off. Indeed I'm very acquainted with the log...........

  • @SuperGrant000 Are you joking?..... Didnt even get top5 in world special forces rated by military experts, nor win any of the arranged games theyve had for military, there are far more secretive, more highly trained branches of military, but they are good for an open SF:.. But thats about it, as destructive as the american military has been after WW2 (we know the government is the real terror) its hard to give any credit.

  • @SuperGrant000 I just really wonder if you think what you see in this video is even remotely CLOSE to hardcore military special forces style training and mental testing.

  • @Etrajbe I went to B.U.D.S in 2005. There were some athletes that came and trained there while I was classed up. These athletes were supposedly Olympians and there for the mental tuffness part. The instructors had no problem telling us that what civilians go through when they train there is a lighter version of what we were going through. For legal and logistical reasons civilians are never subjected to the same exact intensity of training that the military personnel are.

  • @retsaf1 Lol its not like special forces around the world keep their training a secret, get out.

  • @Etrajbe this is just to see if you qualify to actually go to on in your career.....army sf selection is a month... now shorter i think and you can be a 30 day No Go , its only purpose is to serve as a welcome door mat to the actual SF school there is still 2 years or more of training

  • i want to try this!

  • This is the best gay porn I've seen in ages!

  • @96NinjaStar douche

  • @96NinjaStar You watch gay porn???

  • @Mynamesuckstoo Hells yesseessss! Aint that why youre here? Why else would you watch this? Seems like you need a Douche from MrKblanchard!! He gives it hot and heavy ;)

  • @96NinjaStar Oooooooh yeah!

  • Love the music-where can I buy it?!

  • i wonder, did these guys go thru the sleep depravation part of the training?

  • yo this is just what i need !! amazing

  • being a SEAL is more than being crazy fit...yea sure, you need to be physically tough, but if it was that easy, a lot more people would pass. it's about dedication to country, knowing that you might die in the line of duty, but still doing it. physically fit? yes. but what is physically fit when bullets start flying and your buddy has his guts out 50meters from you in out in the open screaming for help? dont care if you can run 4' minute mile or kip 100 pull ups...

  • @chinggiskhaan123 Coming from someone who has never been to war you sure do watch a lot of movies. Dont talk about situations which you're making up in your mind, you have no idea what it's like to be a SEAL either.

  • @MERSLK230 so what is it like? just describing a soldier's necessary ability to perform under a stressful environment and saying that it takes more than physical fitness...because even though i have never been to war, im sure it is a pretty stressful environment, is it not? But i guess in war, there has NEVER been a time when a soldier has had to get his wounded buddy to safety. guess medics just sit around then?

  • @chinggiskhaan123 You're trying to describe feelings you've never felt and being physically fit is part of being mentally fit.

No reason to be lecturing people on youtube comments unless you're speaking about experiences you've experienced.

  • @MERSLK230 oh golly jee my bad...i don't think the fact that i've never experienced something should keep me from talking bout them...sure, i won't go into details, as i don't know them. but did i go into details about being a SEAL. i don't need to have broken my leg to know that breaking one hurts...hahaha wasn't lecturing either...only a lecture if you choose to attend and listen...

  • Of course it gassed him. Military training has more to do with the mental than the physical...it's to teach a hearty respect for the elements, and humility as will as a can-do attitude that comes with putting up with shit day in, day out. So of course the CrossFitters found humility tough to come by.

  • Thing is, if you want extreme, just go run 50 miles in a straight shot or do some long distance competitive cycling. And that comment "when do you test your heart ever?"--- I do it weekly, in the ring. No sand needed.

  • This gives me goosebumps and chills all over. I just recently joined CrossFit and will be shipping out for the Marines 6 months from now....and i cant stop smiling

  • @SnareSmurf92 you will when you get to boot camp

  • @SnareSmurf92 dont get to fresh there devilPUP.. after bootcamp you will be a BASIC marine!!! NO SPEC OPS COMMANDO OR WHATEVER OTHER DELUSIONAL THOUGHTS YOU HAVE! you're arent going to be jumping out of plans, you arent going to be learning how to fight like Jason Bourne.. just on the task at hand, never being the slowest, and getting 20 pull ups.. at bootcamp, you want be the first one in, and the first one out.

  • I agree... Pushing your self beyond the mind and saying fucc the pain and just going is an amazing feeling.

  • this has got to be the dumbest workout program.....working out is supposed to be enjoyable....lets see people adopt this for a long term workout program.....Your gonna have people try it and say no thanks in the future.

  • @hoot352 Pushing yourself to past your limits and beyond is enjoyable. Obviously you don't have that mindset and you stick to half-ass

  • @7787Surfer I can push myself beyond my limits without rolling in the sand. I know of much better ways to challange myself. You want to do this kind of stuff. then join the military and make it worth something. If you only want to do this to see if you can do it and you don't want to join the military...then fine....Moggs24 sums up what I was probing at.

  • @hoot352 Seal training is not suppose to be productive in terms of muscle growth. The goal is to train your mind to be able to preform when ordinarily you would not be able to continue. If you are building a training program that looks like this you will not only not enjoy it but you will injure yourself. Workouts like these can only be done in moderation.

  • @hoot352 So you've never pushed yourself, because you don't really know what you're talking about. Go give crossfit a try it will be the best thing you have ever done!

  • @Mick10010 I've already done crossfit.....Don't know what I'm talking about.....never pushed myself.....alright, curious how you came to these conclusions with all the information you have about me, I measure my success by the qualty of men I serve with. so you can fuck yourself with your comment that anyone that has an opposing view to yours by saying that they don't know what there talking about and trying to belittle them. Try to engage in the debate next time.

  • @Mick10010 Incorrect. CrossFit is trash.

  • @DoubleOhJo "that asian dude" is a girl

  • Those are totally raw workouts! I gotta try my hand on some of these!

    @DoubleOhJo

  • These soliders transcend the self, place and time to achieve unparalleled greatness.

  • @Dblecheezburger. That Asian dude (Kristan Clever), is the 2010 Crossfit games champion, who also happens to be a chick :)

  • @DoubleOhJo thats not a dude??

  • @DoubleOhJo 2010 Crossfit games champion for women. So of course she's a chick..

  • @DoubleOhJo Wow! Crossfit champ isn't easily earned. Respect!

  • That asian dude sounded like he was about 12; what's the age requirements for the SealFit compound?

    p.s. Great video, very motivating!

  • @Dblecheezburger Thats a girl..

  • nice!~
