  • @diego199925 I'm pretty sure its daily but it might be too much just starting out so probably every other day, you don't want to pull a muscle cuz I have and i couldn't do sit-ups for days.

  • @xCCUxZilch Yes, this works amazing. I found the leg lifts to be most effective, especially if you spread your legs apart and back together while they were in the air.

  • @HypnoticCyclone you wont SEE any ab results unless you are doing high intensity training along with it. You can't burn off stomach fat by doing ab exercises ... the only way to get rid of it is by staying active and eating right. If you have any questions feel free to reply or message me.   • @petewiggins Meaning you have quite a high metabolism. Something quite unique to have I find. however, when you become older, your high metabolism will start to decrease. So if you haven't already got that 6 packs, then I suggest you work out as soon as you get your chance.

  • Let everyone be warned that in order to truly build the body you want you have to eat lots of HEALTHY food, LOTS of protein, and commit commit commit! if you dont feel the burn your not pushing hard enough

    You can start expecting results after a week. Six pack wise it might take up to 3 months though. thats from my experiences

  • this workout is great, im 14 and i do the circuit for a total of 4 times,it felt like hell the first two weeks,but afterwards i got used to the excercises,im not a fat or or very skinny guy im about 5'8 and i weigh 130 pounds,can anyone give me a estimate in when i can see the abs kicking in? ive been doing this for about two months now, 6 days a week.

  • @AlejoProductions if you workout already nearly every day, do the whole circuit 3times after your workout and do another one to you fail :), but if your not working out yet, do it 3days (3sets that day) a week with a days rest for 6 weeks to build your muscle then start doing it everyday. Hope it helps :)
