Im not feeling the burn :( i must be doing them wrong because im not feeling much in my abs, yet my legs get very fatigued and i couldnt finish the 4th set because of it :( couch must be broke.....
@diego199925 I'm pretty sure its daily but it might be too much just starting out so probably every other day, you don't want to pull a muscle cuz I have and i couldn't do sit-ups for days.
@xCCUxZilch Yes, this works amazing. I found the leg lifts to be most effective, especially if you spread your legs apart and back together while they were in the air.
@ttwesten im a husky but strong guy and im seeing alot of gut loss and i am on the line of a 4 pak so 2 weeks maybe for a 4 pack but do it alot 1 or 2 times a day one in the morning and night
@HypnoticCyclone you wont SEE any ab results unless you are doing high intensity training along with it. You can't burn off stomach fat by doing ab exercises ... the only way to get rid of it is by staying active and eating right. If you have any questions feel free to reply or message me. @petewiggins Meaning you have quite a high metabolism. Something quite unique to have I find. however, when you become older, your high metabolism will start to decrease. So if you haven't already got that 6 packs, then I suggest you work out as soon as you get your chance.

How many times a week are you supposed to do this workout? Would it be best to do it every second day? By that I mean, workout one day, rest the next day, and repeat.
@AlejoProductions if you workout already nearly every day, do the whole circuit 3times after your workout and do another one to you fail :), but if your not working out yet, do it 3days (3sets that day) a week with a days rest for 6 weeks to build your muscle then start doing it everyday. Hope it helps :)

@AlejoProductions if you workout already nearly every day, do the whole circuit 3times after your workout and do another one to you fail :), but if your not working out yet, do it 3days (3sets that day) a week with a days rest for 6 weeks to build your muscle then start doing it everyday. Hope it helps :)
