Ichigo's bankai is one of the bests. No doubt about it. He can keep it on forever. And for the strenght, even if it's not that great combined with Hollowfication it's the perfect bankai.
@xtremecito I agree with Ichigos bankai being the best, however Byakuyas is my favourite with "Scene of the massacre" and "Final scene: white imperial sword" though for obvious reasons nothing beats the final getsuga tensho.
@luukje888 indeed it might be the less impresive, but it is truly the best. Ichigo is the only one that can bankai in hollow form and the only one that can go Vasto Lorde and return to human form. His bankai is the less flashy one but truly the best one. I can't wait for his 2nd bankai..oops...did i spoil it?

B) He can't go vastro lorde. A vastro lorde is a type of hollow, that got there by eating other hollows, Ichigo's hollow is part of his powers, not an actual hollow.
C) He doesn't have a second bankai. If you mean his bankai lately in the manga, then thats not his second bankai thats just him mastering it better.
You basically just agreed with everything I said, bsides the resureccion thing, his form against Ulq wasnt quite a resurection, it was his hollows true form, a resurection is something an arrancar has, tousen was in many ways, better and worse for having one.

in my opinion the cool thing about ichigo is also the worse thing about him he never has those fights to where he can just immediately beat the person even when he gets a new power its still a constant struggle which is cool cuz he always gets stronger and stuff and always finds a way to pull out too but its like he seems kinda weak too

Pertaining to him getting weaker, I think it's more the fact that Ichigo is more of a straight-up fighter. He doesn't use kido. He does formulate some plans, but it doesn't seem his mind is as sharp as say Byakuya or Kyoraku.
ummm yeah i agree with that but my point was that he's not the only one who's been getting stronger... as you've probley seen by now he beat kenpatchi near the start and later on in the arch's kenpatchi beats someone who beat ichigo... its true the enemy's have gotten stronger which makes it hard to notice ichigo's improvement but the captains have also improved leaving ichigo's only defining trait when fighting, his will
I completely agree his will is the strongest thing about him and I guess you can't expect everyone to stand still and let Ichigo blow past them I just think that theres a number of people that Ichigo hasn't fought and it makes me wonder how he would do against them ratther than having other people fight the seemingly stronger opponents like when his dad defeated Grand Fisher with one blow

A: they had to learn bankai to become captain( unless all 5 of em killed the previous one which i highly doubt)
B: he didnt go vasto lorde, he went resureccion ( as happened to tousen)
