just used your tutorial on how 2 jailbreak the 3gs with purplera1n on the mac and it worked perfectly!

Since i am going to study aboad for a couple of month at the latest then I will unlock it tooto be able to use the iphone in a foreign country with a foreign sim card! do i have to turn off 3g under network etc. then too?
